Overseas Shipments:

Lepoem would be delighted to send its quality products to any destination of your choice.

We offer free door to door delivery by courier.

Dispatchment of Order – within 3-5 business days of order being approved.

Shipment arrival – within 3-8 business days after the shipment leaves the factory.


*Please make sure the address and postal code you submit are accurate.
**Remember that a package being sent abroad may incur various regulatory charges that are not within our control (customs etc.), please verify this before placing the order. Taxes and fees to release the product are the customer’s sole responsibility and expense.

Delivery within Israel:
Free door to door delivery by courier.
Delivery within 10 business days of the order being approved.
Delivery to Eilat, Arava and Dead Sea district within 14 business days of the order being approved.

*Delivery Hours are 8:00-17:00 on Sunday-Thursday (excluding holidays and Saturdays)
*Please pay attention to the delivery hours and accordingly state the exact address where you wish to receive the delivery (for example, your work address).
*If the delivery is for another person, please specify the telephone number of the recipient and the delivery address.
*A courier on our behalf will contact you by telephone to schedule a time for delivery; try to be available after placing the order.
*Any order received after 10:00 AM will be handled the following business day.
*If you are sending a gift, please specify this in the purchase process so we can attach a greeting card and exchange note (please note the content of the card in the designated space for this at the end of the process).
*In exceptional cases the order can be delayed by up to approximately 4 additional business days.
*In remote locations, the arrival of the delivery may be delayed.
*For ring purchases – if you do not know your ring size, Lepoem will send a courier on its behalf with a ring sizer measurement tool so you can measure your ring size. Be sure to follow the instructions attached to the ring sizer measurement tool.
